When are you open? We are open 5 days a week. During winter hours we are open on Saturdays. Later winter hours are for acute care only. No WCC will be done during these hours. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Winter Hours:    Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Where are you located? Our physical address is 2715 Osler Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051. We are off of 360 and Abrams in Grand Prairie or on Osler and Great Southwest Pkwy just south of Jefferson. How much will it cost to see the doctor? Every visit is different – mostly depending on the needs of the patient. Typically, a new office visit will cost $86.40 and any subsequent visits will cost $68.04. Any procedures done during the visit will be an additional fee (i.e. procedures, vaccines, etc.). Do you take my insurance? We take most commercial insurance (United Health Care, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, etc. ) including Medicaid. How long does it take to refill a prescription? It typically takes 48 hours to approve any medication refill. If you are requesting the refill through your pharmacy, please double check with them to make sure we have received the refill request. Please note we can only refill medications for established patients. Also – if we have not seen the patient within 3 months of the refill – an office visit will be needed before the refill can be approved. Our physicians do not refill antibiotics. We must also have the following information on the request before any refill can be completed: Patient Name, Patient DOB, RX request, symptoms the patient is having, Pharmacy Name and Phone Number, Phone number where the parent can be reached. Can you set up a payment plan and bill me? Payment is due at time of service. Insurance carriers require us to collect any copays, deductibles during the visit. If there is a balance on your account, you may speak to one of our billing specialist to inquire about a payment plan. Can I see a specific physician? Pediatric and Adolescent Center of Grand Prairie & Arlington is a group practice. This means that all our physicians typically accept most major insurances. If there is a specific request, we will accommodate it as best as we can. We want your time in the office to be minimal – which is why we have made it possible for you to see any of our physicians.
