As a courtesy to our patients, our offices participate with most insurance companies and managed health care programs. We submit claims once based on information you provide, so please be sure that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance coverage.
If you are experiencing problems with your insurance company covering services, we suggest that you contact the Benefits Department of the employer providing the insurance for assistance. Patients are responsible for paying any deductible, co-payment, or non-covered charges at the time of the visit.
For your convenience, our office accepts cash, personal checks and major credit cards. Under special circumstances, payment arrangements may be made.
